There should be zero star. No star for this ER physician. Been waiting 2:22 hours and outing and we havent heard anything from the doctor. I feel it in my gut that she is refusing to see her. The nurse has been attentive however Olga Sarnov needs professional ethics. This is the worse care we have experienced.
