My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Freeman for several years now. She has a great bedside manner and takes her time to answer all concerns. The staff is exceptional as well! I highly recommend
My husband and I went to see this doctor to receive better communication than the prior doctor that had too many patients. My husband tried to get his prescription refilled that he needs and has been on for months, and requested that the doctor send in a prior authorization request. The doctor neglected to work on the prior authorization, so after messages and messages of requesting that the office provide sufficient care and help with refilling medication, they just decided they didn’t want to work on trying to help with th... read more
Horrible experience. The doctor does not listen to you, the office does not answer the phone, and they will not try to work on anything thats outside of making them extra unnecessary cash. My wife just had a full echocardiogram and the doctor forced a EKG with a machine that is older than her, but the Doctor refused to work with insurance on prior authorizations. The Doctor has no compassion or care. Completely rude and disregards your concerns or thoughts.
