Love the doctor! She is amazing! However hold times just to speak to someone are ridiculous! Get ready to wait for at least 1 hour! I really wish they would offer a call back option in steady of waiting on hold for long periods of times. It doesn't matter what time of day you call either.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Olga L. Cortez’s office. I initially visited her for a consultation to plan a pregnancy. During that visit, she conducted multiple tests and diagnosed me with a thyroid problem, prescribing levothyroxine. Concerned about the diagnosis, I sought opinions from three other doctors, all of whom confirmed that I did not have any thyroid issues.
