The restore classes with Olivia were very informative. She is a true professional with a lot of knowledge and the classes taught me a lot about the movement of my body and have prepared me to begin other exercise class such as reformer pilates. Olivia is lovely, thank you very much.
Highly recommended. Competed her core program and came out understanding the value of using our core in our day to day basis. Also such a great Chiro. Really listens to your needs and helps with rehabilitation programs suited to your needs

I joined Restore Round 1 with Olivia which was a small group pilates class. It was great. I loved that I could go at my own pace whereas in other classes I felt like I had to keep up with everyone else and while doing that I would tense up in my neck and shoulders. I felt much better in a small group setting.
Olivia is an incredible chiropractor who genuinely cares about her patients and clearly loves what she does. Her wholistic approach has been a huge part of my back injury recovery, and I always leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and amazing. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming space, making each session a positive experience. If you’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about helping people feel their best, I highly recommend Olivia!
