Called with a broken tooth on Saturday and was told they were booked for the day. I hope they receive the same lack of humanity were ever they go thru life.

These people don't seem very well trained. The manager is a liar. I had a procedure done there, and a product used in this procedure later broke. A claims examiner from an insurance company called this office in order to get the name of the manufacturer for this product. The manager at Western Dental would not speak with her on the phone, but had an employee communicate the managers thoughts to the claims examiner, and the manager through her puppet, lied to the claims examiner and told her I never had the procedure complete... read more
