Never been to the splash pad - but the Karl King Band Shell and the Karl King Municipal Band are awesome! Concerts every Sunday at 7:30, June and July! Awesome!
Great fun for the kids on a hot day!
Surprised the city can even afford/bother with this (especially when it's running constantly) when they shutdown the water fountains built in front of the neighboring bandshell & the few water pumps are chained & padlocked at the same park. The handful of city parks that have bathrooms are boarded up & padlocked, not 1 water fountain in any city park either.
