Front office staff is the worst. Extremely unpleasant and I’m not sure if messages ever get sent to the doctor. Forget about refills on medications, it takes DAYS and multiple calls to get refills. Very unfortunate to have such a miserable front staff working for a good doctor. I’ll give her 5 stars but definitely not the receptionists.
I feel blessed to have Dr Oleski & her amazing staff. She is professional, knowledgeable & compassionate. Never a long wait. When my body has an issue with medication, they went above & beyond to get results. Her staff is always personable & quick to help. Definitely 5 stars out of 5.
