This is our 4th move with my husbands employer and by far the worst one yet. Our items had to be stored for a little over a month and when delivered there was mold on some of our items. In addition the dents and scratches on items are unacceptable and the packing….items from outside were placed in bedroom boxes with sheets and clothing….gross!!
Hi! Hope your day’s going amazing — but let’s make it better: use ABF U-Pack.!!!!!!!! Like, seriously… even though I haven’t personally used them yet, I’ve gone down the review rabbit hole, and the praise is nonstop. Affordable, reliable, and actually stress-reducing?! Ugh, we love a company that gets it right. The way people talk about how smooth and professional the whole process is? I’m obsessed and I haven’t even booked them yet. So yeah… save yourself the headache and go with ABF U-Pack. You’ll thank me later.
I am writing this review 3 days after Jonathan, Jose and Alejandro from Oler Relo Group packed, loaded and transported our belongings for our move to Florida. We (me and my wife) can not express our satisfaction of the whole process and care we received from these three guys. I truly wish I could give Oler Relo Group 0 stars. From the beginning of my search for movers, I stressed the importance of communication to my estimator, Gary Aug. He assured me that this was a priority for him, but after I signed paperwork and added my payment information, it was crickets. I had questions about an estimated moving window, what was allowed on the truck, and updated on where the truck currently was. He stopped answering phone calls and emails.
