I’ve been living here for a while, and overall the experience has been very positive. The building is well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I need something. The neighborhood feels safe, and daily essentials are easy to access. My unit is quiet, comfortable, and gets plenty of natural light. Overall, it’s a nice place to live, and I’m satisfied with the environment and the service.
Seen black mold in several apartments not good to breath.
DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I broke my lease early due to several city code violations. Mold. Roaches. Mice. Poor ventilation. Plumbing issues. The list goes on. I’m sure the building will be great in 10 years when everything has been addressed but now is NOT the time. Swiss Property Management was a nightmare to work with. They are wildly inconsiderate and have 0 urgency to fix your concerns. They are aware that the windows are not up to city code and are avoiding replacing them until they absolutely have to.
