had a rough week and i booked here because i made a stop in columbus and Sherece was so nice she checked me in without any issues, room was super cute and i slept really well, if im ever in town again i’ll definitely come here to stay
Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to attention. Upon arrival, we encountered a dirty room, and the fridge was not functioning. We were switched to another room, which was also not clean. I was disappointed to find a soiled toilet seat that I had to clean myself with wipes I had in my luggage. It was a pretty average place to stay. The room itself was nice, and the location was good too. However, the breakfast they offered was not what I expected, wasn’t very vegetarian friendly. It only had one beyond sausage sandwich, and that was just bread, cheese, and beyond meat.
Service was excellent. I just got discharged from a week in the hospital, and when I called to ask questions about my girlfriend's reservation, they put a note in our file to make sure our room was walker-accessible, the bathroom had plenty of handrails and a seat in the shower, allowing me to take my first shower since before my hospitalization. I cannot express enough how thankful I am.
STAY AWAY! MADE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO OUR CARD AND LIED ABOUT IT. My husband and I booked a room for an OSU game. We canceled the room a few days prior, and per the cancelation policy, there was no cancelation fee if done within 48 hours (which it was). On the day of our original reservation, our card was charged for the full amount of the stay.
