Jeff was absolutely phenomenal true professional that cares about the work he provides I gave him a call. He came out next day to take a look and somehow the very next day he was able to complete both jobs I had for him. The carpet came out beautiful!, great communication during the whole process 10 out of 10 would recommend he’ll be doing all my future Carpet Cleaning jobs.
Jeff was here today to clean carpets and specialty area rug. He is unbelievably thorough explaining all that he is doing. When he is not exactly happy with a particular area he does it again and again. On top of all of this, his pricing is fair and reasonable (less than half the cost of national companies) I hesitated writing this review, because I do not want to compete for his services. Hire his services while you can!

Jeff was a life saver. One of our dogs was sick during the night all over the new carpet in our master closet and hallway. It was only 10 days old. We called Olen's at 8:00 a.m. and by 11:30 a.m. our carpet was back to looking brand new. I highly recommend Jeff & his business. Jeff D.
