Sensational job on my car: looks brand new even though it's 10 years old. The way they blended the new paint with the old was perfect; they even repaired unrelated damage in adjacent areas and even some around the entire car to make it all look seamless. Their relationship with the rental agency also made dropping off and picking up a breeze. Their work is exquisite!
THE BEST – Olenders once again exceeded my expectations...well actually I now have learned to expect the best, Thanks guys you did a great job on Katie's (my grand daughter) vehicle. Would never consider any where else.
A+++ Top notch facility. I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from but I have never had an issue and neither has anyone I've recommended. They are friendly, honest and my car is fixed 100%.
Customer service is awful. I felt like I was in an office run by old balding frat boys. Owner is just as rude as his staff. The ins estimates are obviously inflated, and why an insurance co would work with these people is a mystery. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place. Not only will you be treated terribly if you ask questions but I guarantee you'll be returning for other issues because they do t do a thorough post repair inspection.
Worst customer service. BS estimates. Spotty work. Do yourself a huge favor go somewhere else. The only positive reviews shown are probably one of their wives.

Exceeds Expectations – Have no clue what that negative review person was talking about -- these guys are, by far, extremely professional with their game on - a credit to their dad's legacy!!! Have never been there before and do not know these people. My car was fixed in no time (4 days), both the adjuster Gene met us promptly upon arrival, had us out in 15 minutes - able to arrive at work on time too! John closed out receipt in even less time than that - handed his card to take ownership of any issues that may arise. Finally... read more
They have been very responsive and polite! No problem getting updates, and the car was actually completed ahead of schedule.
TOP NOTCH – Olenders in East Windsor are Top Notch in all regards.Superb craftsmanship,courteous service,delivered auto as promised. No problems here at all. Any negative reviews reported are false.
