If you need a working AC I wouldn't call this company I made the mistake of trusting this company to replace my 80 year old mothers air conditioner and heater unit. I would never deal with them again. It was installed in April. We spent $4,000 of mom's minimal savings so that she would not spend the summer in Texas with no air conditioning. Mr. Hicks sent two men out to install the unit and neither of them knew how to do it.
