I booked a service over the phone and whoever I talked to never said anything about a service fee. I checked into my appointment enjoyed my massage and I come to front desk and my total is completely different then what the receptionist said she never mentioned a service fee of 20% Also I felt VERY uncomfortable inside the spa because a worker inside the spa had to give tours and I was completely naked. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I booked a "traveler's massage." My massage therapist was Alicia Lucero. She was fantastic!! I was so relaxed. I love that the spa is open to me the rest of the day. I soaked in the jacuzzi for a bit, sat in the steam room. So glad I went here!
If you go for the massage, ask for Evelyn. It was of the best massages I’ve had. Spa area is very relaxing, my only complaint is their hours of operation are a bit limited.
