My whole experience here was awesome! I was in for a pedicure and ended up having such a wonderful time relaxing and chatting with Corina - she’s amazing. She really made me feel welcome and helped suggest places to go, just overall super sweet and took good care of me during my appointment. Not to mention, my feet looked AND felt great. 10/10
Personally my experience was amazing but I did treat my bestfriend to a Swedish massage here and they did not give him the experience I did. They were standoffish towards him, they didn’t show him any of the amenities that I was shown and given access to. When it came down to undressing and waiting for our massage therapists I was given an option of a room or to change out in the locker area and my friend told me he didn’t even get an option, he was just shown to a locker and was told to change. So I came in with a spa pass expecting a relaxing evening, but when I go in there's a youg lady attendant in the men's side?!?!?! Not only was this insanly uncomfortable for me and the few other gents there, as we had to be covered up and just not as free; but the poor attendant was also clearly not wanting to be there. She was great in that she helped with any needs in a kind and proffesional manner, but being around a bunch of nigh-naked men double or even triple her age would make anyone feel awkward. I booked a service over the phone and whoever I talked to never said anything about a service fee. I checked into my appointment enjoyed my massage and I come to front desk and my total is completely different then what the receptionist said she never mentioned a service fee of 20% Also I felt VERY uncomfortable inside the spa because a worker inside the spa had to give tours and I was completely naked. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
