Be very careful if your child is cared for by Dr. Oleksandr Kachanov. My grand child was under his care and luckily we took her to the ER at Sanford in Aberdeen to get proper treatment. He never even ran any labs at their clinic appointment two days prior at her clinic appointment. He also is not compliant with Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Very rude and unacceptable.
Rude Doctor. Told me what my 9 year daughters symptoms were rather than asking her how she felt. FYI, he was wrong on her symptoms...Told me I shouldn't have taken her to see him. (Our primary wasn't in that day). You're a Doctor, correct?
Dr. Alex has been nothing more than an exceptional pediatrician for our family since we met him one year ago upon his arrival to our area! We have 2 daughters that he treats, and one suffers from multiple, both chronic & uniquely demanding conditions. He has put both her healthcare & well-being, finding answers for her/us, and helping us learn and manage her conditions; as an important priority. We truly can not thank him enough, and would recommend him highly to any parent in search of a great doctor.
