Nicolle is magic! I’m a very active person who has been slacking on their stretching and self care in general so I have some pretty tight muscles. Nicolle is strong and can work through them and I always feel sooo much better after my sessions! She checks in to make sure the pressure is good and that I’m comfortable which I appreciate. Can’t wait to go back again and again!

Nicole has treated my hands and forearms for muscle tension and pain for some time now. The muscles feel relaxed and the pain is eased with the MT treatments. She and has also advised on hand and neck stretches to ease the tension. A very skilled RMT, whom I highly recommend.
