Friendly people
Messed up my child's life sustaining medical supply order several times. Each time I called to correct the order they would say I'm wrong they order the right thing. "In 30 years when we've had a problem with a customer, they're always wrong". Claimed I never gave them the order number accusing me of lying about it even after showing them the supplies they themselves ordered previously.
