I originally called to Tim to do some needed work on the house to prep to sell. We talked at length and I found out he was just waiting to get his Realtor's license in a week or so. I decided when he got the license we would talk about him selling my home. We did and he did!!!! There was an accepted offer within 2 days of listing. Although that deal fell though (no fault of Tim's) he had it back on the market right away and an even sweeter accepted offer came a day later.
