We had an amazing experience working with Elizabeth, the property manager. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. From start to finish, she made our first moving experience feel easy, smooth, and stress-free. On top of that, the community itself is beautiful. We recently relocated from Washington to Florida and the whole team here at Oleander Oaks have been exceptional! Elizabeth, the property manager made our move seemless! Any questions we had were answered quickly. Any "issues or imperfections" (using the terms loosely because the house is amazing) from previous renters were handled immediately. They must not be serious about renting, my family and I came on March 13th - Friday morning at 9am waited till 9:14am no one was in the leasing office so we left, we came back the following day on Saturday like 2-3pm there was a white beat up corolla in the driveway we noticed the curtain was closed we knocked and nobody came to the door so we left we called as we drove off a young gal answers and we till her how we’ve come twice and can never get anyone in the office and she gave me attitude saying she didn’t hear the door ... read more
I’ve lived in Oleander Oaks for about 7 months, and so far I love it! The property manager is always on top of everything. Service tickets are tended to super fast. The common areas AND the homes’ yards are kept super clean and well maintained. The main gate and garage doors can be managed from the same app (nice plus), and you can even video chat with the person at the gate. Which just adds to the safety/security.
