I’ve lived in Oleander Oaks for about 7 months, and so far I love it! The property manager is always on top of everything. Service tickets are tended to super fast. The common areas AND the homes’ yards are kept super clean and well maintained. The main gate and garage doors can be managed from the same app (nice plus), and you can even video chat with the person at the gate. Which just adds to the safety/security. There are times or on certain occasions when a review should or must be edited or given an upgrade… mine is revisiting and offering grace when concerned issues were addressed and a resolution was appropriately provided and implemented. The reason for my three stars does not reflect on the home itself, it’s based on the move in process.. I moved into this community in December, 2025. No running water was noted in the home, property manager made aware on numerous occasions of no water on site ; no water in the home for three days, had to have accommodations elsewhere. Requested rent abatement for being in a house that would be considered not habitable, running water is required to be available in a home, upon moving in !
