Very unprofessional. Dumped us without notice. Future bookings agreed to - but ignored. Dumped linens on kitchen counters. Stacks for next guest to see. She sent me pics. Too bad because Philip did an A+ job. We were new and they promised they'd work with us. Everything was very copacetic. Then we were there for weekend. Guests arriving in 3 hrs and 1/2 not even considering that we told next people they could check in early...forgetting that - we could explain that. This is the most reliable cleaning service in Galveston that I've found. They're very professional and show up on time to get the job done. We own a few properties around the area and they've been great from day one.
Oleander cleaned my vacation rental this weekend and the guests staying were very complimentary upon check-in. They did the job without much notice as my other cleaning company didn't show up. I am very pleased and will continue using.
