I was appalled at James . I got an estimate for a muffler flex pipe of $140 at a different place. James put my car on the lift and gave me a price of $440. I asked why and he proceeded to berate the the other place (Not even knowing who I went to) then explained how he is 3rd generation and this is his town and he stands behind his work. I left and went to 3 other places all quoting around $140. James saw me as a woman with a convertible and was ready to take full advantage of price gouging.
