I started using them because my dr accidentally sent my script there instead of where I had been going and it was local and I didn’t want to wait for supplies I needed while they fixed it. Every time I interacted with the receptionist there she was short with me, rude, unprofessional and just plain acted like I was bothering her. Their billing practices are horrible. They constantly send the wrong supplies with no way to return them in time for the return policy. I can never seem to log into my account page to see any invoices even though my login information is correct the portal can never locate my information? Not even an invoice in the box or a return label if needed. I’ll be buying supplies elsewhere.

Since the Springville office closed, my account was transferred to Olean Adapt Health and for 2 years they have consecutively sent me the wrong CPAP supplies. I have called their office, went in person and still recently received the wrong supplies. They first blamed me, that I was ordering from my email, I was instructed to personally call to order supplies. I have done it this way for a year, still not correct. Now I have left 3 messages, one with the manager and no has returned my call.

The representative came in and got right to work. He completed the breakdown of the bed and had it out in the truck in less than 20 minutes.
