Today I brought my dog Trixie to Oldwick Animal Hospital for a problem with her anal glands. The veterinarian technicians, Shannon and Kelly, were hands-on, gentle, and sweet with my dog. They were able to hold her tightly while Dr. Sabrina Valdes expressed my dog's anal glands. Dr. Valdes was wonderful. She had a tough job ahead of her, as my dog was not so happy to go to the vet. My dog has been a patient here for 13.5 years. I phoned them 36 hours ago to report that she was having a reoccurrence of a skin infection she has been struggling with for the past few months, and that she was not eating well. I followed up with two additional calls to ask for a vet to please call me.. No one has called me back, not even to give me a courtesy call to say go elsewhere.
