Amazing service! I will not go to any other vet
Booked an appointment in olds, told we were booked in Sundre. After blaming us for the error we were rushed through appointment our puppy was manhandled during exam, and through out inoculations.. we will never be back..
Dr Meg, the staff, OMG you are fantastic:):) Dr Meg came out last year to see our old sheep, she was very kind and made the difficult decision easier. Dr Meg also diagnosed and preformed surgery on our old cat the same day, we had an appointment late in the afternoon and the staff and Dr Meg were kind and committed to saving our Kit-ten... without this team, this staff and the effort they put into the practice we wouldn't be so proud to call Riverstone our vets:):) Thank you Dr Meg, and thank you to all the staff❤️❤️
I had an urgent situation with my horse colicking on the Friday before the Thanksgiving long weekend. I had never used Riverstone before, but I called them in desperation—and their vet Dr. Luzi was on-site within 30 minutes. The professionalism, responsiveness, and care they showed were exceptional. Thanks to their quick action, my horse is doing well now. I am extremely grateful for their support in a stressful situation and will definitely be using Riverstone for my horse and dogs going forward.
