Very friendly and quite helpful staff. Very fast service to care the patient in ED.
If you are going to the Lab ... Make an appointment!! The staff is rather relaxed and not overly motivated to help the walk in patients.
I had day surgery in Olds yesterday. Every staff member I came across was kind and always offering assistance. I was kept informed of any delays in my surgery time. Overall a great experience thank you to the unit clerks, nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist I encountered!
Awesome hospital, the nurses and doctors were so nice, I was in the Emergency Room due to high fever, they really helped, thank you
Went in earlier today for a possible blood clot I’m almost 32 weeks pregnant first doctor I had was awesome . Went back for my ultrasound results as my blood work came out higher than normal . Dr. Micheal Blackshaw saw me and said I didn’t have a blood clot but he also didn’t seem to bother doing any more tests or even talk me through possible answers or pain management .
