Prefer this hospital to the one that is in my town. The hospital itself is spotless and well maintained. The staff/ nurses are absolutely lovely , very kind and compassionate and very thorough. The doctors are extremely attentive and make sure that your health issues are looked after. The trainees are much more mature and professional. The wait time in emergency is much less than in my town. Over all, Olds hospital is an excellent facility.
It should be out of 10!!! I live out of town and always go to Olds Hospital. Was in on Friday the 25th of July for bloodwork and a few other things. SHANNON took care of me and she was so kind, gracious, professional and lovely. I talk a lot, but she didn't seem to mind. That means a lot to me. The staff is ALWAYS well informed, very kind and still doing their jobs. Another young individual, wearing superman scrubs and sneakers is very nice too. Thank you so much...
