Had a good experience at this clinic. Very professional and caring.
My husband began treatment at Olds Denture Clinic in June of last year, including tooth extractions, implants, and dentures. Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating. While waiting for his permanent dentures, he has had temporary plates that have repeatedly broken in half, been uncomfortable to wear, and have had teeth fall out. My senior mother went in there may 9th 2025 and to this day still her teeth dont fit after going back numerous times. They have not giving her any refunds as she mailed her dentures back as they where pointless to her after numerous times of trips in to olds. The doctor was rude and made her feel bad for coming in for dentures that never fit on his behalf. If there was a option of no stars that would have suited this situation better. Mike has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Working against a timeline for a wedding and ensuring comfortable fit and beautiful look. Fitting me in after I broke mine from clenching and getting me back out right away with beautiful teeth. The team cares about their patients and the professional product they send you home with. Definitely recommend Mike.
