This was the second dealership I walked into and I was pleasantly surprised by meeting Giaan who was nothing but informative, respectful and knowledgeable on a Toyota Corolla sedan. She took the time to answer all my questions, offered a test drive of the vehicle, wasn't pushy and her level of service and professionalism was impeccable. Although we did not reach a deal at the time, she has left a lasting positive impression and I cannot recommend her enough!
