Interested in a new Camry SL, so I dropped in to check them out. There was one on the front apron, so I spent ten minutes looking all around it, sitting in the front, then the back, then opened to boot. Sales must be booming as they are not really interested in acknowledging people walking in. Was there on Saturday to get a quote on a bz4x Touring. Spent about 10 minutes there and not one staff member asked if I needed help or could even make eye contact. Why not have someone permanently at reception.

Update – 04.05.2026 Since my original review, I would like to add further details based on subsequent events and documentation. After continued issues with brake noise that were not resolved over multiple visits, I sought a second opinion from an independent mechanic. They identified incorrectly assembled rear brake components and rectified the issue immediately, eliminating the loud grinding noise on the first visit. A minor noise remained.
