Thieves.after doing my 80000kms service found out jobs never done properly. Always getting charged for jobs never done.Paid $876 was waste of money. Never swap tyres.never wheel balancing. Terrible service and customer service
Had a very bad experience on the phone with Oldmac Toyota. I was trying to explain my situation which was something that one of Oldmac employees had promised us. Rather than trying to understand, she kept talking over me and didnt let me get a word in. When I called her out for it, to my surprise she kept talking over me. She never apologised either.
Very friendly and professional staff, they explained everything we needed to know and they solved the problem. We pay a fair price.
