Edit - I no longer think the way I did about this service centre, Dave the head mechanic is great and really approachable, and Chantelle the service manager tries really hard under challenging circumstances. Previous review - This has to be the worst service centre in the country. No communication at all with the customer time and time again , the service rep does not know the position and its clear he has no experience, this is the way things roll here. This review relates to the Service Drop-Off. Firstly, a big tick for offering Saturday morning servicing — that’s a real plus. However, Toyota really needs clearer signage. There were two rows for booking in, but cars were going everywhere with no clear direction on whether it was a single line splitting into two lanes or two separate lines. The confusion made the process feel disorganised and took the shine off what should have been a quick and simple drop-off.
