Oldmac Toyota Springwood Service has a great front-of-house experience, but the actual service needs improvement. The place itself is clean and tidy, and the staff are genuinely lovely and easy to deal with, which makes a good first impression. Unfortunately, the work done on the car didn’t meet expectations. I visited Toyota service regularly over an extended period (approximately every 3 months) with the same recurring issue. The main concern was noise and grinding coming from the braking system. At each visit, I left the car for inspection and service — maintenance was performed, oil was topped up — however, the issue kept returning and was never properly resolved. Completely inefficient. Only staff member on the ball is the driver who drops you home and picks you up. Takes from 7am until 4.30pm to do a wheel alignment when you wanted to wait. They also booked the car in for a service that was done only had a few weeks before. Have been a customer of Oldmac Mazda and Toyota Springwood for 25 years but the service has grossly deteriated over the last few years. Going elsewhere now.

VERY POOR FORM Whatever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! inept people, especially reception, no help when you need it!!!! VERY POOR FORM, don't waste your time or your money.
