Shane provided excellent customer service. Because of his resourcefulness he not only saved us another 3+ hour round trip to another dealer... he has now managed to secure us as customers for his dealership. Great Service. Professional and friendly. Also very impressed with Scott who took his time to explain and clarify a number of things re the performance of the car. Great team.
