Really happy with the exceptional level of service and understanding that the service team offered when we went in for a diagnostic appointment. I had taken my children with booster seats to go in the courtesy bus home as we were not able to get a hire car or anyone to assist with dropping off the car. When I arrived explained that they have additional needs and were very anxious about hopping on the bus with strangers so I asked if we were able to wait in the waiting room until the courtesy bus had less people on it. Shane provided excellent customer service. Because of his resourcefulness he not only saved us another 3+ hour round trip to another dealer... he has now managed to secure us as customers for his dealership. Great Service. Professional and friendly. Also very impressed with Scott who took his time to explain and clarify a number of things re the performance of the car. Great team.
Super friendly staff at the service desk. This has not been my experience in all Toyota's I've visited.
