I have purchased 2 cars from Louise at Old Mac Toyota in Cleveland and would not go anywhere else. Louise is a car salesperson who cares about the customer and without the heavy handed sales tactics I have experienced from other car yards. Staff at front not too bad service and parts are good but the service area needs an overhaul and especially that Shane guy needs a new profession and out of customer service he's always unhelpful condensending and just dismissive and overall Alot of the guys there seem tired with their job and sick of the public.
