Great service and nice spot for snacks and drinks! They have Local Sake and snacks like Karaage for light bites. A bit expensive, but good for special occasions.
One of my favorite bars in all of New York. Charming and cozy interior, great music (typically Japanese City Pop) and friendly staff (Ashley and Isaac are the best!) They serve one of my favorite beers here - the Suntory Premium Malt - and it's always poured to perfection. My girlfriend loves their cocktails, creative and well-balanced. Stumbled upon Oldies while hanging out in industry city with my husband and couldn’t be more pleased! I never tried sake before, but the bartender Ashley suggested we try a flight. She walked us through each drink and was very knowledgeable regarding flavors and pairings. We weren’t planning on eating there, but after learning I was a vegetarian Ashley showed me a menu to look at for a future visit. Nice bar with Japanese liquor styled drinks made by very nice staff. Seats were comfy and the drinks were great! Vibe was friendly and laid back. Prices average for NYC. They also have a food menu we didn’t try which looked yummy. Would revisit.
