DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN MONEY UPFRONT! Absolute scamming piece of dirt! Took the money and ran. Quoted for Bathroom and Showeroom, wanted 10K upfront for the job, told him he was getting half and the rest on completion. Bought some tiles, adhesive, flooring, sink, bath and toilet and spent the rest on a Landrover freelander. Worked for about a week and when i say a week it was more 4 hours a day for 5 days.
