I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled on this occasion as too often good customer service does not get recognised, I purchased a BMW i3 from Ryan at the Oldham branch and from the first telephone call to the after sales support the service has been fantastic, I had a small issue with the tyre pressure monitor and Ryan went out of his way to make sure it was fixed in a local garage the same day I called about it, he was going on holiday that night but stayed on to ensure my car was fixed to my satisfaction.
