Very nice and pleasant staff and free parking
Dont answer the phones and leads to people missing appointments and having to start on waiting list again. Now my husbands suffering with a condition that's life threatening
I came here today for a colonoscopy and was absolutely petrified, to the point that I nearly fainted before I even arrived. But I had no reason to be so worried. The building is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff are truly exceptional. Every single team member is a credit to the NHS and should feel incredibly proud of the care they provide. From the doctors in the endoscopy unit to the wonderful nurses and kind reception staff, everyone was outstanding. The entire experience was excellent.
From reception to leaving after my wife having endoscopy done everyone was so kind made her feel at ease ::: extremely professional in their work load ::: the building is spotless accredited to the cleaning staff :: I wouldn’t hesitate to refer people to visit here I can’t believe how wonderful everyone was Thank You
Can not praise this place enough, from fantastic receptionists to amazing nursing and radiography staff.
