Response to my on line triage was within the hour. Seen by a GP within 2 hours and a hospital referral within 15 minutes of leaving my appointment. So far, impressive service from Heart of Bath Oldfield Park. Thank you
very strange system really - you have to fill in an online form before 10am to get seen by a doctor which is not guaranteed. Sometimes the form is closed before 10. When I got in the first time a few days ago, they tried to contact me on an old number transferred from a previous GP although I'd given them my new number on registration and the online form. Clearly their fault but no considerations... I had to try again to get appointment which isn't easy. Finally got a call today only to say I have to go to another GP further... read more
