Extremely high turn over rate with front office staff - my new physician Mr Lee is very unprofessional 10/10 do not recommend him at all . Also spoke with a nurse and was told my prescription would be filled and they never sent over the script . The place has really falling apart .

I have been a patient at this office for years, but my experience has consistently declined to the point where I feel compelled to share my frustrations. Every year, it’s a new provider seeing me, there’s zero continuity of care. They cancel my annual physicals with vague reassurances about rescheduling, but they repeatedly failed to follow through.
