I have been going here for about 20 years, and I can confirm other reviews are correct. This place has completely fallen off a cliff in the past couple years. I will not be going back.
Dr. Oldendorf is fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and never makes me feel rushed. I see him at least every three months so I'm pretty familiar with the practice and have been overall happy with everyone there. I never have issues with medication refill requests. My experience is that Dr. Oldendorf always goes above and beyond to help me.
This practice used to be great but has become a chaotic mess. Every single time I’m assigned a new person to see because the previous person no longer works there. I’ve seen at least 5 people in the past 2 years and it looks like the latest is now gone as well. They also do not respond to refill requests in a timely manner.
Always responsive. Office staff helpful & professional. Return a pts calls within a reasonable amount of time. As a Nurse of over 40 yrs. Ive been pleased with the office & staff.
