Dr. Oldendorf, Is one of the most special Doctors, I have ever met! He is from a bygone era, from a time long, long ago. He is patient, kind, and still remembers, the area of "caring for people!" He listens, when you exclaim you have chronic pain, he doesn't judge, just because you may be cheerful, upbeat, and don't appear to " show" that you are dying inside. Plus I love his suspenders! I am so blessed to found him. Please don't retire! I'll come work for you! He is one of a kind!
I am so sick right now and had to go to urgent care to even get any help the office staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional I was even hung up on.. now I have to go to urgent care for all these problems I have and this Doctor Joel was working out great but every time you call the front desk they're so unorganized they even become rude to you and then when I get the supervisor on the phone she was so rude and then I called back to say I just needed another meeting with Joel she said we don't longer want you here and did t... read more
Doctor office good people all around
I am so sick right now and had to go to urgent care to even get any help the office staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional I was even hung up on
I've had nothing but terrific experiences with Dr. Odendorf or the other providers at his practice. His office and staff do a great job of communicating with me and making for a very professional and comfortable experience. I wouldn't dream of changing my provider.
