If you're looking to pick a fight with a receptionist this is the place, they must drink bitter black coffee everyday because the slightest derailment will cause them to start yelling at you over the phone. They talk to you like you're an idiot that lives under a rock. God forbid you see them they'll take forever leaving you waiting but if you're 10 minutes late they'll straight up cancel your appointment. Extremely high turn over rate with front office staff - my new physician Mr Lee is very unprofessional 10/10 do not recommend him at all . Also spoke with a nurse and was told my prescription would be filled and they never sent over the script . The place has really falling apart .

Myself my husband and parents have gone here for years I have seen multiple providers passed to the newest one as they all abruptly leave the practice after covid the customer service went completely down hill they are rude on the phone do not properly greet you when answering before putting you on hold and that's if they even speak I just called there and the phone rang then hold music then on hold for 10 minutes the hold times are also ridiculous I spoke to the office manager regarding the lack of customer service the rude... read more
