I called to confirm whether they were accepting new patients for a specific doctor. I was informed that while that particular doctor is not, the practice itself is accepting new patients. When I mentioned that the other providers are not listed, I was told it's because they do not work there yet. The staff member seemed frustrated with my questions, although I was simply trying to confirm that the provider I’d be assigned to would be covered by my insurance network. It was a frustrating experience.
I totally agree with all the 1 star reviews. This office and doctors have turned into a joke. I keep trying to get my records and they kick out the transfer of records for one reason or another. I wrote a letter to Dr. Minden after being discharged from the practice, due to poor communication with office staff and she violated my HIPPA. This practice is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and uncaring. Less than one star. I hope someday I can figure out how to get my records. Rude receptionists, rude nurses, doctors leave far too often. Horrible practice truly Update- to add to this called multiple times to ask a question for a primary doctor (i am pregnant and noted that i was and needed an answer that my obgyn couldnt answer) and noone called me back for weeks. INSANE. I just got a new doctor at a new practice because this place is absolutely unprofessional and unbelievable.
I switched to this practice about 4 years ago and during these 4 years I have had nothing but stellar care from Dr. Migden and the staff. She is patient and genuinely engaged in all aspects of my visits. She listens and works with me to determine what is best for me and does not put me into a one size fits all category which my previous GP’s practice did.
