This practice is exceptionally unprofessional and has deteriorated over several years. The front desk manager is very unprofessional and exceptionally unhelpful. She came to the window to talk at me not to me. Helping me to further understand why the front desk and the back nursing staff do not communicate at all & do not know what the other is doing pertaining to patient care. Been a patient of Dr. Oldendorf for 25+ years. Always cordial, knowledgeable, and fully explains any medical issues. His recommendations have saved my life on a couple of occasions. Other recommendations have alleviated problems that developed as I aged. He has provided good referrals when needed. He has been and continues to be on top of changes in medical practices. Practicing medicine has changed over the years with much of this driven by insurance companies. Oldendorf Medical Services has adapted well.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Oldendorf for many years. He’s a great listener, and open minded. Also very responsive on the Patient portal which is helpful!
Dr. Oldendorf is the rarest gem of a doctor. Listens deeply, caring, never rushes. Reminiscent of doctors of the days of yore, who made house calls; it’s as if he walked out of a Norman Rockwell painting. It’s quite possible he saved my life during covid, reaching out after hours to give personalized medical advice. The staff here are awesome, too… always ‘on-the-ball’ , always caring and attentive. I have been going here for about 20 years, and I can confirm other reviews are correct. This place has completely fallen off a cliff in the past couple years. I will not be going back.
