Peter from Olde Worlde Homes built our family home in 2020. We remain incredibly pleased with the result. Peter was highly organised, easy to communicate with, and always focused on quality rather than just ‘getting the job done.’ In fact, he was meticulous; Peter employed only quality tradespeople and the craftsmanship was excellent. My family and I completed the build of our home with Peter Spajic from Olde Worlde Homes in May 2014. The build was complex and required negotiations with the Council at the time as the house was to be built in a pre-established suburb and involved the demolition and re-development of a previous dwelling. For us, there is no better test of the quality of our home by considering how it has fared 10 years on from the build (now 2024). To Peter Spajic I absolutely love my Olde Worlde Home at Henley Beach (built in 2021) and am proud to be living in a well built, magnificent character house. People continue to compliment the house when walking past and I believe its the second best build in Henley Beach, the first being the house you built on East Terrace, as both houses fit into the character of the area.
