Not the best experience. I was kept at arm's distance and didn't feel welcome. 3 people were present. A man was talking to a customer. One lady in her office asked the standard "can I help you?" and stayed seated behind her desk, not offering a seat. She at least asked technically relevant and necessary questions about my project. The 2nd lady walked in and didn't ask such questions, underhandedly signaling they weren't interested in my project by making excuses about their lack of the right lumber for it.
