Olde World Chimney Sweep cleaned my dryer vent today, which was seriously clogged. I was very impressed with Hunter’s professionalism, expertise and friendliness, explaining the process and answering my questions. He was meticulous in cleaning up the floor, placement of the dryer and wiping any dust off the washer and dryer. On the roof he cleaned the vent and blew off any lint after checking the dryer air flow. They cleaned my dryer vent in a jiffy, they are a family-owned business, exceptionally nice, friendly, meticulous in their work, and reasonably priced. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone in the area they serve. Kevin is a great guy, and Michelle is a sweetheart and a pleasure to talk with on the phone. I would post pictures of the mess of stuff they pulled from my dryer vent, but they cleaned it up before I could open the photo app on my phone. Thank you!
I had my dryer vent cleaned by this amazing company. Hunter and Kevin were outstanding. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin showed me where the lint comes out on the roof. The guys arrived early and online communication was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
From setting an appointment to the actual cleaning, hands down a great, friendly experience. They were on time, clean, and explained EVERY detail of what was happening and even gave me helpful instruction as this is the first house we have owned with a chimney. They were very honest and didn't try to sell on any unnecessary services. Will recommend them and will call them back for my next service need.
