I saw one of the work trucks with a older person in it driving in Franklin, he was completely drunk, almost took a left turn on a red light going up to beaver street and then hit the curb pretty hard while making the turn on green, his hvac was rolling around in the back of the bed and almost went off the truck a couple of times, he made it half way up grove street then pulled over next to the power lines.
