Meals are perfect, steak cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend staying and enjoying what's on offer

1 star is generous. Upon booking I called reception to enquire about late check-in and a portable cot. The lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive and it wasn’t until I mentioned we were flying from interstate and arriving late that she changed her tone and was nice. We requested for our room to be cleaned as we had a 4 night stay and 3 small children (they wouldn’t allow us to borrow a vacuum) reception ensured us that they would vacuum the room.. when arriving back to the hotel after a day out the floors were not vacuumed ... read more
