Extremely poor communication and follow-up. I have called a numerous amount of times, the voicemail NEVER allows you to leave a message, the website doesn't allow you to request information. Pretty poor and sad considering it looks nice from the website. I guess they are expecting business to just fall from the sky!
Nice venue, ideal for indoor/outdoor entertaining. However, very poor communication and service provided the day of my event. 2 hours before the event the tables, chairs and linens were not set up and there was a lack of staff onsite to do so. Therefore, leaving the bridal party no option but to set up ourselves. Also, there was a lack of empathy nor was a proper explanation offered by the “event planner.”
