I had such a great experience at this dental office! The staff is truly top-tier — warm, professional, and incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. What really impressed me was the level of service even with my late-afternoon appointment. Most places start winding down by that time, but not here. Great people all around
I originally left a 5 star review when I first became a patient at Olde Towne Dental about two or so years ago because the staff there was friendly, welcoming, and I really enjoyed my visits. But after having some work done and having to have it repaired by another provider, it became overwhelmingly clear that maybe OTD wasn’t the right fit for me. It’s hard enough to pay for dental work in the first place, but having to pay to re-fix the teeth that you just paid to have fixed will definitely knock the breath out of you. So ... read more
