I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Olde Town Cutlery. I had two treasured knives that needed to be reprofiled and refinished. One had been inherited from my grandfather, making it especially meaningful to me. The other was a knife I had found at a flea market that I later discovered was a Randall knife. This place is awesome. The selection is great, but more important is the expertise. Tim Roland helped me get a new boning knife. He was also a chef for years and zeroed in on something that will hold up to regular use in a professional kitchen. I'm relatively new to knives as a hobby, but I'll definitely be returning to Olde Towne for any new knives.

A real authentic experience. The guys working there are very welcoming and knowledgeable. A store with great variety of different types of tools both that they make in house and other brands.
