Beyond rude. The initial greeting was great. Everything changed after that. He told me he would love to take my money but didn't think he could work on a jacket I need to be cleaned. I said ok can you do the rest of the clothes or do I need to take it somewhere else. He literally through the clothes at me and said bye. I wasn't rude I wasn't nasty . It was a simple question. When a person tells you I would love to take your money you never know what they will do.

When I dropped off my blazer, they were worried that it couldn’t be dry cleaned due to the “bling” that was attached by adhesive. (French line - very expensive) but… they said they would try it. Wow! They did an incredible job! Another cleaner would’ve just said NO. I am so grateful, and we are fortunate, to have a locally owned company here that goes the extra mile! Thank you!!

I was a 1st time customer. I was looking for a place to have my wedding dress steamed/pressed to get the wrinkles removed before my wedding day. I dropped the dress off and paid MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I dropped the dress off on a Thursday she did state that it should be ready by Wednesday or Thursday of the next week. She stated that I would receive an text message when my dress was ready.
