So very kind
This is the second consecutive time I've had to iron a shirt after picking it up from the dry cleaners, despite having politely mentioned my concern during my last visit. They mentioned a note on my account indicating that I preferred no starch, which I was unaware of and they said they would change it to starch- and they said was likely the problem. Yet here I am once again, ironing another shirt after retrieving it from their service.

Beyond rude. The initial greeting was great. Everything changed after that. He told me he would love to take my money but didn't think he could work on a jacket I need to be cleaned. I said ok can you do the rest of the clothes or do I need to take it somewhere else. He literally through the clothes at me and said bye. I wasn't rude I wasn't nasty . It was a simple question. When a person tells you I would love to take your money you never know what they will do.
