Two criteria for a body shop 1) Excellent Work 2) Great Customer Service Got rear-ended last week, appraiser Bryan Flores oversaw my repair from start to finish. -- Car repair is like new, and customer service is excellent.--Hopefully, it never happens again, but know where to turn.

Called this morning to try and get an estimate on a scratch I have on my car and the person working there rudely told me to stop blowing up his phone even though that was the first time I called him. Must be toxic work environment.
