I originally called Jilly Plumbing, not realizing it had been sold to Old Town Plumbing. I have a water heater under warranty, yet when two plumbers came out, they quoted me $800 just to replace a part. When I questioned the cost, they claimed it was because it took them an hour to get to my house. The older technician was especially rude and dismissive. It got worse. Justin very professional and courteous. He did a great job with an older house with old plumbing. It was a challenge but he got the job done and I couldn't be happier with the service. I Would recommend Olde Town Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
