Technicians, Don and Ryan were polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Don explained each step of the process and answered all my questions. They arrived on the date and at the time promised and making the initial appointment was simple. OTCS has easily earned my repeat business and I will definately recommend to friends and acquaintances.
WOW! These guys are amazing! They were able to get out to us quickly. The gas specialist, Daquan, was incredible. I called him "the fire whisperer". He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. He even let me video tape him explaining how our propane fireplace works since my husband was not here to see them. Steven was amazing too! Together, they were able to get in and out in a reasonable time. I'm so glad I called them to help us diagnose our problem. By the time they left, the fireplace was working again.
