First time I ever used this company as a subcontractor will be the last time they ever get a dollar from a client of mine. Set the appointment up. Asked if they accepted my company check. They said yes. Stole my client from me. I'm talking to the wife and my client is paying him $50 more than what I was quoted on phone and accepting payment from me. The contractor, project manager, general contractor and project coordinator all goes through me. I'm looking at a credit card slid through his phone right in front of my face no.... read more
Ronnie and Adam came to clean and inspect the fireplace in the home I recently purchased. I am new to having a house with a fireplace and had a lot of questions. They were extremely kind and professional, answered any and all questions, as well as gave me advice and showed me how to use my fireplace! They were also quick, less than an hour in and out. My fireplace looks great. The price was great. I'm very happy. Thank you so much! Highly recommend :)

thanks for coming to my house and cleaning my chimney and replacing my cracked baffle. while you were here you told me I should be running my wood burning stove i3100 over a thousand degrees. are you sure that's correct? Google says; For optimal performance, your Regency I3100 should operate between 400°F and 600°F (204°C–315°C). Running it below 400°F causes creosote buildup, while exceeding 600°F can damage the internal components.
Had a great experience purchasing a new wood stove from Olde Town Chimney. Installation went smoothly .. and love my wood stove. 🔥 A + Company Highly Recommended 🇺🇸
