Great company. Able to handle any job, big or small. Came out and straightened up 2 slowly falling chimneys for me. Excellent work!
This is the first one star I've ever given to a fellow contractor. A contractor I hired went behind my back to receive payment from my CLIENT. Already after I gave him permission for later work he could do without my referral my project under My project management my accounts payable which was discussed when I hired his company through his phone service that accepted my check in payment. Love this company! Easy scheduling. Great communication. Steve even talked me through an easy repair (sealing) that I did myself to save some money. Already looking at scheduling our third service, and are definitely going to call on them when its time to replace this fireplace.
First time I ever used this company as a subcontractor will be the last time they ever get a dollar from a client of mine. Set the appointment up. Asked if they accepted my company check. They said yes. Stole my client from me. I'm talking to the wife and my client is paying him $50 more than what I was quoted on phone and accepting payment from me. Ronnie and Adam came to clean and inspect the fireplace in the home I recently purchased. I am new to having a house with a fireplace and had a lot of questions. They were extremely kind and professional, answered any and all questions, as well as gave me advice and showed me how to use my fireplace! They were also quick, less than an hour in and out.
