Had my car towed blocks to their shop, got an outrageous quote for two tires and wheels so towed my car to my apartment. Original tire was missing upon getting the car back/stolen from me and the shop will not return my calls/communicate to resolve the issue.
Have worked with Crash every step of the way on two separate vehicles. He has always been transparent, upfront, communicative, and timely. He takes the time to walk me through things, explain problems, and helps me learn by answering my questions. Crash has always done his best to make the visit stress free and affordable. bought a vehicle from a colleague recently and they always brought the car to Olde Town Car for repairs. they’ve quoted me almost $200 less than other local shops. i’ve had brakes replaced and the warranty for the power steering pump was honored. taking any and all vehicles i own here and recommending friends and family to here as well. honest, efficient, friendly, and no BS repair shop.
Todd got right to work and identified the problem the minute I pulled in he brought his equipment and diagnosed the problem told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. Didn’t give me a run around and got straight to business and straight to the point. Definitely going to see him in the future
This place rocks! I recently just needed breaks. Knew I only needed breaks, took my baby to a different shop first and they tried to up sell me a bunch of things I did not need. Mind it you it was 600$ for just my front breaks not including rears. Thankfully I heard about this place through a friend and glad I did. Crash and his team are great!
