I was very happy with the service I received from this shop, they gave a fair price that was below the initial quote and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. the invoice seemed honest in regards to the price of parts, I had a wheel bearing replaced. I called them at 9am and was back on the road by 3pm with no appointment. I have to make an edit to this, I made this review under old management and the new crew I just dont think I can trust. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this shop. My Dodge Journey was picked up by the owner using his tow truck because the vehicle had an overheating issue. At first, he told me the engine was blown and quoted me almost $7,000 to replace it for used engine. I told him I could not afford that and asked for my vehicle to be returned to me. Had my car towed blocks to their shop, got an outrageous quote for two tires and wheels so towed my car to my apartment. Original tire was missing upon getting the car back/stolen from me and the shop will not return my calls/communicate to resolve the issue.
